When a resource is published, its product page and documentation will specify dependencies, configuration and install steps. Refer to those instructions instead of assuming framework support.

Check the product's compatibility and dependencies. Contact us if your server uses custom integrations.
Compatibility
Framework support, asset requirements and version compatibility vary by product. Official requirements will be listed on each published product page.
Updates
Changes and version notes will appear with each released resource. If you already own a product, check the information delivered with your order for update access.
Get help
Include the resource name, version, relevant error logs and what you've already tried. Never share API keys or passwords.
